🌎✨ Sign up for the International Lecture Series 2026!
As part of the commitments made during ECOOVIDA – a forum for coordination, exchange and collective action amongst organisations, movements and networks committed to the Social and Solidarity Economy in Latin America and the Caribbean – we invite you to take part in the International Lecture Series 2026: Popular, Social and Solidarity Economy and Social Rights.
This initiative is led by the Administrative Department for Social Prosperity (Prosperidad Social), RIPESS Intercontinental (RIPESS IC) and the Intercontinental Network for the Promotion of the Social and Solidarity Economy for Latin America and the Caribbean (RIPESS LAC), together with organisations from the Social and Solidarity Economy, universities, government agencies, networks and local collectives.
The Chair provides an open space for training, dialogue and advocacy aimed at strengthening the strategic capacities of grassroots, community-based, social and solidarity organisations. It is a forum where local knowledge is shared, enhanced and transformed into tools for democratic governance, the safeguarding of rights and collective transformation.
Through this participatory process, we aim to contribute to the consolidation of the Popular, Social and Solidarity Economy (EPSS) as a driver of development for regions and communities in Colombia and around the world.
