Dear friends and family of Mr Mamadou Seydou Diallo,
On behalf of RIPESS Intercontinental, we would like to express our deep sadness at the news of the passing of Mr Mamadou Seydou Diallo, Technical Secretary of RAESS (Réseau Africain de l’ëconomie Sociale et Solidaire) and a figure committed to strengthening the Social and Solidarity Economy in Africa.
With more than 35 years of experience in promoting the SSE, the socio-economic integration of young people and women, and the defence of children’s rights, Mr. Diallo made a decisive contribution to the institutional strengthening of RAESSand the support of its national networks. His work in coordinating the permanent secretariat, his ability to listen and his spirit of collaboration have been essential in advancing the construction of an inclusive and supportive African dynamic.
We stand with his family, his loved ones, RENAPESS (Réseau National d’Appui à l’ESS du Mali) and the entire RAESS community in this time of mourning, with deep gratitude for all that Mr. Diallo has sown and for the precious legacy he leaves to our movement.
