Panel 2: Women Empowerment & Social Development

Women empowerment is central dimension of social development and we will explore the meaning of development from the experiences of grassroots women from three different context in Asia (China, Malaysia and the Philippines). Here we will also highlight the social innovations at the grassroots by the women movements via SDGs and SSE models.
